Shipping

Since we are located in Greece, we use ELTA (the Hellenic Post Office) for all of our shipments. Your package will be shipped via registered mail with insurance, except in certain remote areas where the local authorities refuse to endorse the responsibilites in case of loss, such as the DOM TOM and certain territories of Asia and Africa.

We ship within 48 hours of your paid order, and is usually takes 2 to 7 business days, except during the month of August and December when it may take up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive.

Warranty, Return and Exchange

Our merchandise is carefully verified before shipping. While we rarely have problems with our jewelry, if there is any question about any piece you buy from us, we will do whatever it takes to make it right. We only ask that you return it for repair or necessary replacement within one month for this complimentary service. We understand that sometimes things happen and we want to do everything we can to help you.

Please understand that this policy takes care of normal wear and tear on jewelry. If we receive the piece and it has been severely damaged, worn extremely hard or altered from its original state in any way, we will be unable to take care of the repair or replacement free of charge. However, we will still be happy to assist you with the repair or replacement for the needed charge.
